Considered one of the cleanest lakes in Ontario! Beautiful Bay Lake is a smaller lake just minutes from Bancroft.

5-10 minutes South of Bancroft off the Bay Lake Road.

1 mile. 84.9 (ha) in size, 21.9 Metres maximum depth, 10.8 Metres mean depth, 10% crown land.

Lake Character

Excellent water quality with a limestone base. Good area for a year round residence. Crystal clear water with most areas sand and clean for swimming. According to our records the lake has 54 properties on it. Most of the roads are year round and we would say that at least 50% of the owners are year round. The public boat launch is on the causeway on Bay Lake Road and you have to go under the road by boat to get into the lake.
