Coe Island is a long narrow lake that is close to Bancroft. 3 access points, 1- 5 minutes from Bancroft off Hwy 28 off Celica Road (gated)gets you to the North side, 2- 10 minutes from Bancroft off the Lower Faraday Road off Lippert Lane gets you to the West side, 3- 15 minutes from Town off Bay Lake Road gets you to the south side. The public access is off this side off Stringer Drive.

Lake Size

2 Miles, long and narrow. A deeper Trout lake.

Lake Character

Because of easy access to this lake more cottages are becoming year round homes, limestone base lake, very clear water. More rock than sand on the shorelines. Most of the roads are open year round.
