Nice large lake but a good drive north of Bancroft. McKenzie is a deep Lake Trout lake with little development for its size.

Lake Character

Large, virtually undeveloped lake for its size. 50% flat, sandy shoreline and 50% sloping, rocky shoreline. Main roads kept open year round. Deep water with good fishing. A little drive from Bancroft but a nice lake when you get there. Records show 53 properties on the lake.
